Community Membership
For Students, Early Career Professionals, and individuals involved in Meridian Projects
Community members get access to our shared spaces in Central Cambridge, occasional drop-in coworking, Slack access, invitations to workshops and events, snacks and lunches, and connection to a concentrated community of people working on hard, important problems.
Qualifies if they meet at least one of:
Student (undergrad or postgrad) with a credible interest in the focus areas — e.g., relevant coursework, a project, committee affiliation with EA Cambridge, CAISH or Cambridge Biosecurity Hub, AISF/ARENA/BlueDot completion, or equivalent signal
Professional (<1 year in focus areas) on a plausible trajectory toward Full membership
Affiliated with the Effective Altruism- movement with demonstrated engagement
Researcher or professional from an adjacent field (ML, policy, biosecurity) actively exploring a pivot into the focus areas
Office Access
As a Community Member, you can drop in during our working hours to use our shared spaces. You can also use the standing desks and call booths when available for occasional co-working.
