Meridian is a growing, mission-driven team based in Cambridge. We support researchers, run fellowships and residencies, and help grow a community focused on things like AI safety, biosecurity, and improving the long-term future of humanity.

We don’t always know what roles we’ll need next — but we know we want to work with thoughtful, motivated people who care about the same things we do. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Sometimes we bring people on in roles we didn’t plan in advance — if someone seems like a great fit, we try to find a way to work with them.

Details

Location: Most roles are in-person in Cambridge, or hybrid with a strong in-person component.

Work type: We've hired people full-time, part-time, and on fixed-term fellowships.

Pay: Competitive, typically between £40,000 and £70,000 based on the role and experience.

Visas: We can sponsor UK work visas.
